Unique amongst ovens, the Amalfi boasts a domed in lid in aiding against hot spots and promotes uniform heat distribution.
To accompany the oven, Fontana also provides a wood-holder plate, and a flue pipe with an adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top.
The internal structure is stainless steel and is externally coated in weather-resistant paint, to help aid with resilience in outdoor conditions.
